Terms & Conditions

By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms. Moon Light Studio provides professional wedding photography, pre-wedding shoots, event coverage, and videography in Karachi and across Pakistan.

1. Booking & Reservations

A non-refundable advance fee secures your date. Dates are confirmed only after payment clears.

2. Payment Terms

Full balance due before the event (or per contract). We accept bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • More than 30 days before event: Advance non-refundable.
  • Less than 30 days: 50% of total fee payable.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All images/videos remain Moon Light Studio’s copyright. Clients receive a non-exclusive license for personal use. We may use anonymized images for promotion/portfolio unless you opt out in writing.

5. Delivery of Photos/Videos

Edited files delivered within 4–6 weeks via private online gallery. Raw/unedited files not provided.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect/consequential damages. Liability limited to amount paid. Force majeure (e.g., weather, technical issues) may affect delivery.
